Being able to dissolve in liquids, Hellcore Drink can be ingested as a refreshing drink that, in addition, helps activate the metabolism and optimize the use of fats during our workouts. Scientific studies carried out to date explain that the intake of caffeine by trained subjects increases plasma adrenaline and reduces the respiratory exchange ratio (RER) during exercise¹, indicating its effectiveness in burning fats.
