The devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) is a plant native to southern Africa, traditionally used to relieve joint ailments, fever, skin conditions and digestive tract ailments, as well as to stimulate appetite. Numerous scientific studies1,2 demonstrate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the harpagosides that compose it (they have a mechanism of action similar to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).
Devil's Claw, from Vitobest® uses an extract of the plant root (with a standardization of not less than 10% in harpagosides). The high content of this substance makes ours a preparation with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects that contributes to the proper functioning of the joints.
