Milk Thistle BIO

Milk Thistle BIO, by Vitobest®, is a supplement based on milk thistle seeds.

The effectiveness of milk thistle is backed by numerous scientific studies. The fruit of this plant contains three active ingredients (silibinin, silicristin, and silidianin) that form a hepatoprotective complex known as silymarin¹.

Milk thistle is proven to be effective for the health and protection of the liver², and it also helps reduce cholesterol and is useful in type 2 diabetes.
