Vitobest® presents Pre Training, a combination of several active ingredients to push your workouts to the limit.

The new Pre Training it does not contain added carbohydrates or caffeine in its formula, so that the athlete themselves can choose whether to include them according to their needs, objectives, and type of training, because not all athletes or sports disciplines are the same.

Pre Training 01

From Vitobest® we know that in order to overcome our limits and push our workouts to the extreme, we must act on all the pathways that influence better sports performance:

  • Strength: Increasing the capacity of our muscles to obtain more energy in less time and enhancing the recruitment of muscle fibers by our nervous system.
  • Resistance: Replenishing the ions that are lost during training and reducing muscle fatigue, maintaining pH balance and reducing the perception of fatigue at the brain level.
  • Anabolism: providing all the available nutrients and oxygen to our muscle fibers to enhance their performance and optimize our own hormonal production.
  • Cognitive focus: stimulating the nervous system to maintain explosiveness and increase intensity for a longer time.

Pre Training 02

Pre Training from Vitobest® includes:

  • β-Alanine (CarnoSyn®): Non-proteinogenic amino acid precursor of carnosine, whose function is to maintain the acid-base balance in skeletal muscles, the brain, and the heart. Thanks to this buffering, β-Alanine can reduce acidosis without influencing oxygen consumption1,2. β-Alanine also acts at the neuronal level, reducing the perception of fatigue during exercise3. These effects at the muscular and nervous system level promote improvements in performance and athletic explosivity. In addition, numerous studies have confirmed the synergistic effect on athletic performance when combined with creatine4.

  • Clonapure® Creatine: Creatine in its active form, phosphocreatine, is much more effective and provides immediate energy. Creatine mainly acts through its effects on energy metabolism, regenerating cellular ATP5. In this way, it improves strength and power during endurance exercise, as well as increases lean mass6. Numerous studies in athletes confirm their ability to reduce body fat and improve anaerobic exercise performance, strength, and power output7. It also reduces mental fatigue in times of sleep deprivation or exercise to exhaustion8.

    Creatine (Clonapure®)

  • L-Arginine and L-Citrulline: amino acids directly related to the increase of nitric oxide in blood (NO). NO is a key molecule that promotes vasodilation and, therefore, the arrival of nutrients, oxygen, and hormones to both the muscle and the central nervous system more easily, achieving a reduction in perceived effort, decrease in muscle pain, and increase in power9,10,11. NO could also have direct effects on the contractile function of the muscle12. In addition, they are intermediaries in the urea cycle, responsible for the excretion of ammonia, whose accumulation leads to muscle fatigue during exercise and reabsorption of bicarbonate, reducing acidity13,14. At a hormonal level, L-Arginine can promote anabolism by promoting the secretion of growth hormone15.

  • L-Taurine: L-Taurine is a sulfuric amino acid abundant in tissues such as the heart, brain, and skeletal muscle. Taurine is considered a conditionally essential nutrient, meaning that we can produce it in our body, but under demanding conditions we may not produce enough to meet all our needs16. It improves vasodilation, relaxing the vessels, in addition to reducing blood pressure by decreasing the production of angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor17,18. Taurine can improve physical performance by increasing the calcium storage capacity of the sarcoplasmic reticulum, as well as the sensitivity of actin and myosin (force-generating proteins) to calcium, thus increasing muscle strength19. Similarly, it can help performance, increase the use of fat as fuel, in addition to improving mitochondrial function20.

  • L-Tyrosine: L-Tyrosine is a key amino acid in the production of catecholamines, dopamine and norepinephrine, and thyroid hormones, which can be depleted under physical and mental stress conditions. These hormones have a direct implication with the maintenance of cognitive focus, motivation and reduction of the perception of exhaustion. L-Tyrosine has the ability to replenish catecholamine levels in the brain and prevent their decrease, which can be depleted in intense and strenuous workouts21,22.

    Pre Training 03

  • Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC): At the muscular level, L-Carnitine promotes the transport of fatty acids to the mitochondria to produce energy. In addition, it exerts antioxidant benefits, reduces inflammation, and increases nitric oxide levels. Vitobest® it incorporates the acetylated form of L-Carnitine, acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALC), which has a greater ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and reach the brain, also exerting its neurophysiological benefits at the central level23,24,25.

    Pre Training 04

  • Dry extract of leaves Ginkgo biloba: The leaves of this tree contain a wide variety of bioactive compounds whose benefits are used to maximize cognitive focus during high-intensity workouts. This is because Ginkgo biloba improves blood flow to the brain and reduces oxidative stress26,27. It increases the concentrations of dopamine and noradrenaline in the brain, has a direct effect on blood pressure and cortisol peaks secondary to exertion, showing adaptogenic effects. These benefits decrease the perception of exhaustion, maintaining intensity throughout the training28,29.

    Pre Training 05

  • Glucosamine sulfate and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM): two active ingredients with anti-inflammatory and protective properties to prevent and treat joint injuries.

    > Glucosamine sulfate interferes with the inflammatory cascade involved in collagen degradation, preventing wear and reducing joint pain30,31.

    > Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organosulfur compound capable of controlling chronic inflammation, in addition to having antioxidant effects at the lipid and protein level, improving joint pain32,33.

  • Vitamin B3 (niacin): Niacin is a water-soluble vitamin that acts in cellular metabolism as part of the coenzyme NAD and NADP, which are essential in energy metabolism at the cellular level and DNA repair. In addition, it plays a role in muscle endurance by increasing the expression of transcription factors in skeletal muscle that regulate oxidative metabolism and mitochondrial biogenesis34,35.

    Pre Training 08

  • Potassium citrate and dicalcium phosphate: Ions are essential for a wide variety of metabolic processes in our bodies. High-intensity or prolonged workouts can lead to their loss, causing temporary deficiencies that directly affect the proper functioning of our muscles and nervous system, negatively impacting our physical and mental state. Therefore, correctly replenishing these ions is key to reducing our sensation of fatigue and maintaining our performance.

  • AstraGin®: This ingredient based on extracts ofPanax notoginsengAndAstragalus membranaceusImproves absorption at the intestinal level, optimizing the effect of the rest of the product's components.

  • DigeZyme™ it is a multienzyme complex that contains amylases, proteases and lipases, three enzymes that are involved in the chemical digestion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats responsible for converting these nutrients into their basic elements (monosaccharides, amino acids and fatty acids) so they can be absorbed at the intestinal level. In addition, this product prevents heavy digestion and its consequences.
