Palatinose (or isomaltulose) is a disaccharide carbohydrate, composed of glucose and fructose, similar to sucrose and linked by an enzymatic bond. Palatinose, from Vitobest®, comes with the guarantee and quality of Palatinose™: it is 100% vegan, kosher, halal and non-GMO.
Benefits of Palatinose:
Carbohydrate with a low glycemic index (GI=32).
Slow energy release, due to its low rate of intestinal hydrolysis. Because of this, the absorption process into the blood is much slower.
Lower insulin response, as it is a slower metabolism.
Higher fat oxidation during exercise than other sugars2,3.
By facilitating a greater use of fats as an energy source, metabolism during training or exercise is similar to when we train "empty" of carbohydrates2.
It is ideal for athletes with metabolic problems or diabetes1.
It can be combined with other carbohydrates for optimal effects, for example Dextrin Cyclic.
High insulin responses inhibit fat oxidation, palatinose produces a lower insulin response, increasing fat oxidation as an energy source.
It also helps to inhibit fat storage in adipose tissue. This is interesting for athletes on low-fat and low-carbohydrate diets.
Saves muscle glycogen.

Buen producto, parece que funciona tanto como recuperador, preentreno y durante el entreno, o por lo menos esa es la sensación que da después de tomarla durante la primera semana
