The main ingredient of Dextrose, from Vitobest®, is dextrose, a simple carbohydrate that is obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch, and constitutes one of the carbohydrates with the highest glycemic index in the body: it helps to produce explosive and immediate energy and allows the body to recover its glycogen reserves faster.
