Glutamine+BCAA TripleCaps, from Vitobest®, is made from L-Glutamine and BCAA. The former is the amino acid that contributes to protein synthesis, the transfer of nitrogen between organs and tissues, and the prevention of muscular protein catabolism. The latter are a combination of branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine, in 2:1:1 ratios) that are involved in protein synthesis, recovery after aerobic exercise, and the reduction or eradication of fatigue.

In addition to enhancing protein synthesis (their main function), both ingredients help to prevent the decrease in plasma glutamine concentration during long-duration intense exercise¹, resulting in a significant improvement in physical performance. Our formula uses only 100% Ajinomoto® amino acids (a well-known brand that obtains its amino acids by fermenting vegetables).
