El producto organolépticamente esta muy acertado, Pero a nivel visual no es tan agradable de comer. Se nota que el producto en algún momento del almacenaje o del transporte perdió la cadena de frio y sobre la superficie del producto se formo una capa de grasa en la superficie (el FATBLOM), dando un mal aspecto visual (envejecido)
